The quality of Chardonnay from the Monterey harvest was exceptional. Intensely fragrant fruit with rich concentration was the hallmark of the vintage. By using malolactic fermentation and lees aging, we achieved a creamy palate that beautifully accentuates the wine’s body and depth. |
